• Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing. We mow to the appropriate height based on your turf-type and seasonal growth rate. Your property will be fine-tuned using edgers and string trimmers, then the resulting debris will be blown from drives, walks, and other hard surfaces.

• Fertilization and Weed Control. We provide a program that keeps your turf healthy and strong, while keeping chemical applications to a minimum whenever possible. Weeds in any turf type are an inevitability regardless of the control measures. New Vista evaluates your turf to integrate cultural preventative measures for natural results as well.

• Aeration and Seeding. We provide fall core-aeration and over-seeding for fescue lawns, and we may recommend summer aeration for warm-season turfgrass lawns based on existing soil conditions. Aeration is important to relieve soil compaction and enhance root development.
